What perks do subscribers receive?
Subscribing means you will receive our journalism directly in your inbox. For free members, this means the occasional article. Inkcap members get access to all our journalism. Inkcap+ members get access to all our journalism plus Ground Cover, our weekly digest of nature news. Patrons are listed on our dedicated page, unless they would rather opt out.
I’m already paying. Can I upgrade?
Yes. The unused portion of your current subscription will automatically be credited toward the cost of your new one.
Do you offer institutional subscriptions?
We offer institutional subscriptions to Inkcap+. Subscriptions are priced annually:
3-5 users: £38 per user
6-20 users: £32 per user
21-50 users: £25 per user
Above 50: quote on request
An additional 10% discount is available for charities.
Run a community group or organisation? We can provide discount codes for your members or audience.

How can I manage my membership?
You can manage your membership – including cancelling your subscription, changing your bank details, and adjusting your newsletter settings – on your account page. For the small number of our members who subscribed through Steady, you can manage your account here.
Please note that unsubscribing from emails doesn't automatically cancel your membership – it just means that you won't hear from us directly via email.
If you accidentally let your subscription roll over, contact editor@inkcap.co.uk within a one-month period and we will issue a refund. Any other questions, just get in touch.
